Executive Director, Nationals Events

The Executive Director of Nationals Park Events is responsible for the success of the department, including developing new ventures to use Nationals Park as a destination for non-baseball events in Washington, DC. The Executive Director leads a team of event professionals marketing and selling non-gameday corporate events, identifies and negotiates deals with promoters of large-scale events, and develops new revenue streams for the organization.

This role builds a long-term, sustainable, scalable operating model for Nationals Park Events and requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and the ability to create clear strategies and plans. This position owns the bottom-line P&L for the non-game events business and is accountable for its growth and profitability.
