Construction Business Development Manager

As our Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by generating qualified leads, building strategic relationships, and creating opportunities with construction clients across key market sectors. You will collaborate closely with preconstruction, estimating, operations, and executive leadership teams to identify target opportunities, understand client needs, and position the company as a trusted construction partner. You'll maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, track business development activities, support proposal and presentation efforts, and ensure a seamless transition from opportunity development to project pursuit.
