The Implementation Project Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering seamless software activations and configurations for new and expanding enterprise clients. Acting as the functional and technical expert, you will lead clients through the end-to-end implementation lifecycle—from analyzing sales orders and gathering requirements to final software deployment and client handoff.

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, designing tailored software configurations that position clients for long-term operational success. In this role, you will take full ownership of project scoping, timeline management, and cross-functional risk mitigation. You will meticulously review initial sales details to spot potential risks before kickoff, ensure all deliverables align with customer expectations, and maintain proactive, clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Leveraging both user-interface settings and back-end databases, scripts, and administrative tools, you will build and validate solutions that modernize our clients’ expense operations while keeping projects on schedule and within scope. **Please note we are not able to offer sponsorship now OR in the future
