Associate Counsel

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and highly motivated professional to join our Legal Department as an Associate Counsel, handling Authority In Box ("AIB") and Claims Oversight. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting a growing insurance organization. This role combines corporate legal support with insurance claims oversight, litigation management, AIB administration, and legal operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with the General Counsel, Claims Department, executives, third-party administrators, outside defense counsel, and business leaders to ensure legal matters, claims activities, regulatory obligations, and corporate governance responsibilities are managed efficiently and professionally.
