POSITION DESCRIPTION Title: HR Generalist Reports to: Division Controller Department: HR/Accounting Position Purpose: Administers the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) Department, including but not limited to recruiting and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Additional administrative support to the Accounting Department as needed.
