Certificate III Educator - Pakenham Springs Children's Centre

At Pakenham Springs Children’s Centre, we foster a love of learning through play-based experiences that encourage children to discover, create, improvise, and imagine. Our environment is safe, stimulating, and designed to promote creativity and curiosity. We believe every child is a successful, competent, and capable learner.

Educators provide opportunities for children to lead their own play through exploration and experimentation, while supporting them to take considered, age-appropriate risks. This approach helps children build confidence, collaborate, and communicate effectively with peers and adults.
