NOW HIRING: Project Coordinator (Mentor, OH) ONSITE ONLY – NOT A REMOTE POSITION Join our team supporting high-end custom projects! We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support our Project Management and Engineering teams by managing project information in Procore, coordinating meetings and documentation, tracking changes, buyouts, schedules, and billing, and serving as a liaison between the project team, engineering, and production to ensure information, materials, samples, and deliveries move smoothly and projects stay organized and on schedule.

Qualifications

Construction, woodworking, or project coordination experience helpful Procore experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Exceptional attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional interpersonal and problem-solving skills Benefits:
