Product Sales Specialist

Product Sales Specialist: We are looking for an experienced Product Sales Specialist with strong expertise in product sales, preferably from a product-based IT company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and client management skills, along with the ability to drive product demonstrations, lead conversions, account management, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients through outbound and inbound sales activities. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions. Conduct product demos, presentations, and client discussions effectively. Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.

Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, product, and technical teams for smooth sales execution. Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipeline, and performance reports regularly. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations. Utilize AI-powered tools for lead research, email communication, proposal drafting, reporting, and sales productivity enhancement.

Required Skills

7+ years of experience in product sales, preferably in a product-based IT company. Strong understanding of SaaS or technology products. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience in client handling, account management, and business development. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking processes.

Hands-on exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms for sales communication and workflow efficiency. Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Preferred: Experience working with Education Industry clients will be an added advantage.
