Responsibilities:- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual

• Scheduling appointments for patients and ensuring all necessary information is collected
• Verifying insurance eligibility and obtaining authorizations as needed
• Completing prior authorizations for medications and procedures
• Collecting payments from patients and processing insurance claims
• Communicating effectively with third party facilities and vendors
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception areaRequirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic medical records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism Salary for this position ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.
