Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Maintain Windows Azure Server management and troubleshooting
  • Assist with large-scale IT projects
  • Help define Information Technology strategy across portfolio
  • Manage Azure Active Directory, including creating, editing, and deleting users and managing permissions
  • Group policy management through Intune software
  • Install, configure, and manage print servers, including drivers, sharing, additions, and removals
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Web Management Software
  • Daily provisioning of Firewalls, routers, switches
  • Install and maintain Antivirus Software
  • Windows troubleshooting
  • Oversee Office 365 platform
  • Demonstrate a proficiency with configuring Web browsers and add-on management
  • Setup and maintain TCP/IP connectivity and troubleshooting
  • Effectively handle all tiers of networking
  • Monitor support services and update service request information
  • Provide onsite support as needed
  • Answer technical support calls
  • Work with other staff members and vendor support resources to resolve issues
  • Participate in ongoing training; prepare and present service reports
  • Provide active and effective listening skills to problems and concerns presented by every customer in order to effectively remediate issues
  • Develop and maintain Microsoft Planner projects for acquisitions as well as maintain SharePoint access for end users Requirements EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • 2 years or more of related experience
  • Experience in customer service or support center systems
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and phone systems
  • Cisco Certifications
  • VLAN Configuration Experience
  • VPN Configuration
  • Virtualization technologies
  • Hyper-V, VMware, etc.
  • VoIP
  • Hosted Solutions as well as local Asterisk-based
  • Network Cabling and Termination LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Extensive Technical System Knowledge – Proven experience with required software and system platforms
  • Communication Skills – Ability to communicate effectively when speaking. Writing skills must demonstrate clear and concise messages, while still coming across as supportive.
  • Natural Collaborator – Demonstrated ability to invite diverse perspectives, promote an inclusive work environment and support workforce diversity
