Deliver a personalized luxury sales experience while demonstrating vehicle features, technology, and performance. Conduct professional test drives and maintain strong Land Rover product knowledge. Guide guests through the purchase process while providing a transparent, customer-focused experience. Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up, referrals, and repeat business.

Achieve individual and team sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience. 2–3 years of automotive sales experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Customer-focused, competitive, and motivated to achieve sales goals. Previous experience in a commission- or quota-driven sales environment.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven luxury retail environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Employment Requirements Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
