Granite County Medical Center is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Rural Health Clinic. This leadership position is responsible for staff supervision, clinic operations, patient satisfaction, regulatory compliance, provider support, and performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and workflows
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate clinic staff
• Ensure compliance with Rural Health Clinic, HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements
• Support providers and improve patient access to care
• Monitor productivity, staffing, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction
• Assist with budgeting, operational planning, and process improvement
• Address patient concerns and promote exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
• Minimum three years of healthcare experience
• Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Rural Health Clinic or physician practice management experience preferred
