• MORRISVILLE, VT, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $19.00 - $19.00Hourly, Job Category: Facilities, Starting pay is negotiable based on education, relevant experience, and applicable licensure or certifications. We’re looking for a dependable Facility Support Staff to help keep our property clean, safe, and well-maintained. This hands-on role includes janitorial duties, minor maintenance, and basic groundskeeping to ensure the facility operates smoothly and looks its best. Duties:
• Perform general custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
• Empty trash cans and recycling
• Change lightbulbs or installing shelves
• Maintain grounds such as shovel snow or garden maintenance
• Assist with upkeep of appearances such as painting walls
• Assist with porter duties, such as moving furniture or equipment

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
