Production and Cost Control Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Cost Control Manager to join our team at First Sumiden Circuits Inc. in Cabuyao City, Laguna. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our production processes, ensuring optimal cost control and efficiency.

What you'll be doing Develop and implement cost control strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Analyze production data to identify cost drivers and implement cost-reduction initiatives. Prepare and monitor production cost reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Provide cost optimization insights and recommendations to management. Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal control policies. Lead, mentor, and oversee cost analysts and production control staff.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in an Engineering-related course. At least six (6) years of managerial experience in production planning and cost analysis. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budget management, forecasting, procurement, resource allocation, and cost control. Working knowledge of Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) manufacturing processes.

Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications. Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
