The Emergency Department Technician provides support to the Emergency Department (ED) Nursing and Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP) staff by performing tasks that assist in the care and treatment of patients with illnesses and injuries. Serves as a liaison among members of the healthcare team, patients and families.

Organizes, replaces and maintains inventory and supply levels in the Department. Assists in other department-related activities. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Diploma or GED Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification Upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License Or Upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Registered Upon hire: National Provider BLS
