Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service Serve food and drinks according to service standards Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining areas Attend to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times Requirements Relevant hospitality certification, training certificate, or diploma in Hotel Management/Food & Beverage is an advantage Previous experience as a Waitress in hotels or restaurants preferred Candidates with 4-star or 5-star hotel experience are highly preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Presentable with excellent grooming standards Positive attitude and customer-focused approach Ability to work flexible shifts Benefits AED 4,000 plus free accommodation, duty meals and transport + other benefits as per UAE laws
