• Location: In-Person / Field-Based
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Pay: $65,000 - $70,000 What Your Day Looks Like You are the bridge between construction quality and homeowner satisfaction.

Your role

is equal parts quality expert, problem solver, and customer advocate.

• Quality Champion: Conduct pre-drywall, final, and re-inspections to ensure homes meet Stylecraft standards.
• Customer Advocate: Work directly with homeowners to address warranty concerns and create positive experiences.
• Project Coordinator: Schedule and manage contractor work, ensuring repairs are completed correctly, on time, and with quality craftsmanship.
• Continuous Improvement Partner: Identify recurring issues, provide feedback, and help strengthen building practices and internal processes.
• Team Resource: Support field teams and help promote best practices across multiple communities. Are You the Right Fit? We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and taking ownership of results. You'll thrive here if:
• You have residential construction, warranty, repair, or quality assurance experience.
• You enjoy working directly with homeowners and delivering exceptional customer service.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• You communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams.
• You take pride in identifying issues, finding solutions, and continuously improving processes.
