Responsibilities

Navigate various financing partners and internal portals to prepare and submit project milestone packages. Upload the appropriate photos and documentation for each milestone submission efficiently and accurately, ensuring every package meets partner requirements the first time. Communicate with customers, internal departments and financial partners to gather missing items, resolve rejected or stalled submissions, and keep all parties updated on milestone status.

Keep track of daily tasks and manage a high-volume project pipeline with strong attention to detail. Ensure all milestone submissions that are ready to submit have been submitted, with nothing left sitting in the queue on a daily cadence. Experience: Must be a self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and customer service focus.

Must be very organized and possess strong attention to detail to manage multiple submissions and partner requirements simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Comfortable navigating multiple web portals and learning new software. Knowledge of the solar industry is a plus. Experience with the Aurora solar design tool is a plus.

CRM experience (Salesforce) is a plus. #vs2
