What You'll Do

Make Cybersecurity Meaningful Work alongside experienced OXEN vCISOs to help businesses understand their cybersecurity risks and implement practical solutions. Support cybersecurity risk assessments, security reviews, and strategic planning. Assist in developing cybersecurity roadmaps, policies, and risk management programs.

Help clients navigate cybersecurity governance, compliance requirements, and industry standards. Review security findings, identify improvement opportunities, and track corrective actions. Support incident response planning, business continuity initiatives, and cybersecurity preparedness. Prepare clear, actionable reports that translate technical findings into meaningful business recommendations.

Build Relationships That Matter At OXEN, our clients are more than accounts. They're business partners who depend on us to deliver reliable advice, responsive service, and meaningful results. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned account-management clients. Develop strong relationships with business owners, executives, and key stakeholders.

Understand client business objectives, challenges, and technology priorities. Lead client meetings, business reviews, and ongoing service discussions. Coordinate with OXEN's cybersecurity, technical, support, and sales teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Identify client concerns, recommend practical improvements, and coordinate appropriate solutions.

Recognize opportunities to introduce additional OXEN services that support client business needs. Deliver Results That Count Great service requires more than good intentions. It requires accountability, communication, and follow-through. Manage multiple client priorities while maintaining a high standard of responsiveness.

Coordinate client onboarding, service transitions, and ongoing engagement activities. Maintain accurate client documentation, reports, and action plans. Track cybersecurity initiatives, service commitments, and project milestones. Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams. Help ensure every client receives the attention, expertise, and support they deserve.

Experience That Will Set You Apart We'd especially like to hear from candidates with experience in: Cybersecurity, information technology, account management, customer success, or technology consulting.

Cybersecurity risk assessments, governance, compliance, or security policy development. Security frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, or ISO 27001. Managed Service Providers (MSPs), cybersecurity consulting firms, or technology services organizations. Client relationship management, business reviews, and service coordination.

CRM, ticketing, professional services automation, or account-management systems.

Education

& Certifications A bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business, Risk Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered. No specific cybersecurity certification is required. Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or relevant customer success credentials are a plus.
