• WAYNE, NJ, Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00Hourly, Paul Miller BMW is growing! We are searching for high-performing Business Development Center Representatives to join our Service team! Pay is $18 per hour plus commission, with overall earning potential up to $4,500 per month. Previous Dealership BDC Service experience is highly preferred. We are interested in candidates who are polished, professional, have a great attitude, and are customer focused. You must be detail-oriented and have impeccable customer follow-up skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential. Who are we looking for? Automotive Service BDC is highly preferred. BMW or similar highline brands, a plus! Strong focus on providing best-in-class customer service. Outstanding follow-up skills Ability to maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of calls. Effective communication skills –both verbal and written Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency. Highly organized with attention to detail What do we offer?
