Quality Engineering Intern

EJ has an immediate opening for a 2027 Quality Engineering Intern. Summary: The intern will gain hands-on experience at a modern iron foundry that began operations in November 2018. This role offers opportunities to engage in real-world problem-solving and contribute to operational excellence. Responsibilitie s involve developing an understanding of fundamental foundry processes to enhance casting quality, demonstrating strong mechanical aptitude with precise application of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing principles, and applying statistical tools to analyze and improve product quality.

Learn and understand foundry processes, in order to make recommendations on quality improvements Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and adherence to geometric dimensioning and tolerancing Learn and implement statistical tools for deeper analysis Promotes the culture, the mission and vision, and the core values of the company.

E ducation and/or E xperience: Sophomore, Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field from a four-year college or university.
