Technicians are responsible for daily service calls and maintenance issues with the various Vending Machine Equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform service calls and preventative maintenance Diagnose and repair equipment issues on location Maintain strong client relationships Participate in an on-call rotation Manage parts and tool inventory Complete required documentation for each service call using company procedures or mobile tools Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues independently Knowledge of computer hardware/software, electrical, and networking systems Strong communication and client-relations skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Working Conditions: Work in varied environments while maintaining professional client interactions Operate company vehicles for daily travel between client locations Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends, evenings, early mornings, and holidays Ability and knowledge to work through firewall and network issue : Required Attributions: Integrity and accountability Innovative and growth-oriented mindset Ability to perform effectively under pressure Strong attention to detail and task management Adaptability to new policies and procedures Excellent communication and client-relations abilities
