Key Responsibilities

Perform testing and validation activities for complete vehicles and automotive components/systems during product development. Develop test plans, test methods, and evaluation criteria to assess product performance, durability, and reliability. Conduct vehicle road tests, benchmark tests, and driving performance evaluations.

Analyze test results, investigate failures, identify causes, and propose product improvements. Prepare technical reports and collaborate with R&D, Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Motorcycle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, or related fields. Experience in vehicle testing, component evaluation, or product development within the Automotive/Motorcycle industry; good understanding of vehicle structure and technical documentation. Experience in Vehicle Test, Durability Test, Performance Test, Benchmark Test, and root cause analysis (RCA) is preferred.

Ability to use testing/measurement tools and data analysis tools; knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, ECU, and CAN communication is an advantage. Good English communication skills, valid car driving license (B2 or above), and ability to operate vehicles for testing purposes.
