We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, supports their teammates, and helps create a calm, positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. What You’ll Do: Assist the dentist chairside during a wide range of procedures, including restorative dentistry, surgery, implants, and more. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure smooth, efficient patient flow.

Help patients feel comfortable and supported before, during, and after treatment. Take high-quality digital radiographs. Accurately document clinical information and maintain organized patient records. Follow infection prevention, sterilization, and clinical safety protocols. Anticipate the dentist’s needs and help the clinical day run efficiently.

Support the front desk and other team members when needed. What We’re Looking For: Certified Dental Assistant Level II. Current HARP certification. Current CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a busy clinical environment. Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.

A positive, professional attitude and genuine team-player mentality. Experience with Dentrix is an asset, but we place equal value on attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic. Why You’ll Enjoy Working With Us: Competitive & Transparent Pay: $25–$32/hour , based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Consistent Schedule & Work Life Balance: Regular shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays,Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays , with no evenings and only one Saturday per month from September through May .
