Civil Site Superintendent

The Civil Site Development Superintendent will be accountable for the site preparation of a construction project including clearing of land, earthwork, site improvements, proper layout (surveying), building layout etc. This includes field coordination and working closely with the subcontractors to ensure that quality and workmanship meet Benderson standards.

The Superintendent will ensure that the work is carried out safely, correctly, within budget, and on schedule.
