Quality Assurance Intern

We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Intern to support our QA team with quality system review, data analysis, and process improvement.

This role provides hands-on experience with healthcare quality systems and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support QA oversight of the Intellect quality management system.
• Review system usage, SOPs, and training materials to identify workflow gaps and risks.
• Analyze quality data, including: o Nonconformance trends and closure timelines o Training completion and competency records o Calibration and maintenance activities
• Identify trends, gaps, outliers, and compliance risks.
• Develop simple charts, tables, and summaries of findings.
• Assist with End User Guidelines for key Intellect modules.
• Support reviews against CLIA, CAP, and NYS CLEP requirements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Basic data analysis skills; Excel preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
