The Opportunity Anti. Social is looking for a Social Editor & Shooter to join our Toronto team. This is a hands-on, social-first creative production role for someone who knows how to capture great footage, edit quickly, and turn ideas into content that feels native to the platform it lives on. We’re not looking for a traditional content creator or someone who wants to be in front of the camera.

We’re looking for someone who thrives behind the camera and in editing – someone with a strong visual eye, an instinct for social culture, and the ability to take content from shoot to final cut. You’ll work closely with our creative, strategy, social, and production teams to create everything from quick-turn Tik. Toks and Reels to campaign content, event coverage, interviews, branded social series, and reactive content, while mentoring the team on production best practices and workflows.
