Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer oriented Service. Now Developer to join our team. Clearance TS/SCI W/ CI Poly (existing clearance required to start) Locations Alexandria, VA Washington, DC Colorado Springs, CO Reston, VA Overview Design, develop, configure, integrate, and support solutions within an enterprise Service.

Now environment as an experienced Senior Service. Now Developer. Serve as a senior hands-on developer responsible for taking technical and business requirements through solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. The ideal candidate has strong Service. Now development experience, understands platform best practices, and can independently build complex solutions while working closely with architects, administrators, infrastructure teams, and customer stakeholders.

Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Service. Now applications and platform enhancements. Develop solutions using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, Integration. Hub, and other Service. Now platform capabilities. Build and maintain Service. Now workflows, forms, tables, notifications, catalog items, record producers, and automation.

Develop and support REST and SOAP integrations between Service. Now and external enterprise systems. Work with customers and technical teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable Service. Now solutions. Develop custom Service. Now applications and extend existing applications based on customer requirements.

Support Service. Now ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and related platform capabilities. Configure and enhance CMDB processes, data models, relationships, Discovery, and integrations with infrastructure systems. Troubleshoot complex Service. Now development, configuration, integration, and production issues.

Perform code reviews and ensure development follows Service. Now standards and platform best practices. Support Service. Now upgrades, patches, releases, regression testing, and deployment activities. Identify opportunities to improve existing Service. Now applications, workflows, automation, and platform performance.

Develop reusable components and solutions that reduce unnecessary customization and simplify long-term platform maintenance. Create technical documentation covering application design, integrations, configuration, development, and deployment procedures. Participate in requirements sessions, solution design discussions, sprint planning, demonstrations, and technical reviews.

Work independently on complex development efforts while providing guidance to junior and mid-level Service. Now developers when needed. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and engineering teams to support enterprise Service. Now integrations and services.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on Service. Now development experience in enterprise environments. Strong experience developing and configuring solutions within the Service. Now platform. Advanced JavaScript development experience within Service. Now. Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Service.

Now APIs. Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations. Experience with Service. Now ITSM and enterprise workflow development. Experience developing custom applications, scoped applications, workflows, forms, tables, and automation within Service. Now. Strong understanding of Service. Now data models, tables, relationships, roles, groups, and security controls.

IAT Level II Certification required before starting Experience supporting CMDB, Discovery, or other ITOM capabilities. Experience troubleshooting complex Service. Now application, integration, workflow, and platform issues. Understanding of Service. Now development standards and techniques for limiting unnecessary customization.

Ability to independently translate requirements into technical designs and working Service. Now solutions. Experience participating throughout the full development lifecycle including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with technical teams and customer stakeholders.

Significant professional experience developing and implementing Service. Now solutions. Experience independently delivering complex Service. Now development efforts. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of formal education.
