About the Role**

We are seeking a Senior Visual/UI Designerto craft user-centric and visually engaging digital experiences. You will play a key role in designing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.

Your Responsibilities**

• User Interface Design**– Develop intuitive and aesthetically appealing interfaces** for websites and applications.
• Graphic & Visual Design** – Create icons, illustrations, and other UI assets, ensuring brand consistency.
• Responsive & Adaptive Design**– Design layouts that work seamlessly across various screen sizes and devices**.
• Wireframing & Prototyping**– Build low-fidelity wireframes** and interactive prototypes** to test design concepts.
• UX Collaboration**– Work closely with UX researchers to understand user needs and improve user experiences**.
• Style Guides & Design Systems**– Maintain design systems** to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Usability & Accessibility**– Conduct usability testing** and implement accessible design principles**.
• Iterative Design** – Continuously refine and evolve designs based on user feedback and testing.

What We Are Looking For**

• 5+ yearsof experience as a Visual/UI/Web Designer.
• Degree or Diploma in Design, HCI, or a related field**, or equivalent practical experience.
• A strong portfolioshowcasing visually appealing and user-friendly UI designs**.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma**, or other industry-standard tools.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy**.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams**, collaborating with developers and UX researchers.
• Knowledge of web and mobile technologies** and their impact on design feasibility.
• Ability to stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies**.

Bonus Skills**

• Experience with front-end development** (HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, Responsive Web Design).
