About the Role**
We are seeking a Senior Visual/UI Designer** to craft user-centric and visually engaging digital experiences. You will play a key role in designing interfaces** for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
Your Responsibilities**
- User Interface Design** – Develop intuitive and aesthetically appealing interfaces** for websites and applications.
- Graphic & Visual Design** – Create icons, illustrations, and other UI assets, ensuring brand consistency.
- Responsive & Adaptive Design** – Design layouts that work seamlessly across various screen sizes and devices**.
- Wireframing & Prototyping** – Build low-fidelity wireframes** and interactive prototypes** to test design concepts.
- UX Collaboration** – Work closely with UX researchers to understand user needs and improve user experiences**.
- Style Guides & Design Systems** – Maintain design systems** to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Usability & Accessibility** – Conduct usability testing** and implement accessible design principles**.
- Iterative Design** – Continuously refine and evolve designs based on user feedback and testing.
What We Are Looking For**
- 5+ years** of experience as a Visual/UI/Web Designer**.
- Degree or Diploma in Design, HCI, or a related field**, or equivalent practical experience.
- A strong portfolio** showcasing visually appealing** and user-friendly UI designs**.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma**, or other industry-standard tools.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy**.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams**, collaborating with developers and UX researchers.
- Knowledge of web and mobile technologies** and their impact on design feasibility.
- Ability to stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies**.
Bonus Skills**
- Experience with front-end development** (HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, Responsive Web Design).
