Rivet Operators complete manufacturing processes and ensure work is completed to a high degree of accuracy. The ideal team member will have proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Full-time positions available on 1st shift. Positions come with benefits and a retention plan with increases. • Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm with overtime daily (6:00am - 5:30pm) and overtime scheduled on Fridays 6:00am - 11:00am/2:00pm THERE IS CURRENTLY OVERTIME Approx. 44-50 hours per week. The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following and possess the following. Use of the punch, die, and rivet press to form fasteners on to aerospace parts. Select and identify the proper materials, including rivet selection, needed to assemble components. May perform some troubleshooting and rework of production items. Great hand eye coordination Ability to multi-task Good work ethic Self-starter Willing to learn Good attendance High School Diploma or GED required
