2027 Summer Continuous Improvement Intern

Over 10-12 weeks, as the Continuous Improvement Intern, you'll work in our processing plant located in Huntsville, AR. The Continuous Improvement Intern will have the opportunity to work directly with plant teams, analyze operational data, participate in problem-solving activities, and help implement improvements that support daily operations.

You will learn how data-driven decision making, standardization, employee engagement, and process improvement comes together to create lasting results.
