Compensation

varies based on individual performance, sales results, and applicable pay plan terms. 🔑 Responsibilities – Automotive Sales Consultant Greet customers and assist them throughout the vehicle purchasing process. Help customers explore new and pre-owned vehicles and identify the right vehicle for their needs. Build relationships, establish trust, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Learn Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, and RAM vehicle features, technology, options, and specifications. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives. Follow up with prospective buyers by phone, email, text, and dealership CRM tools. Develop long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Assist customers with the sales process, including trade-in evaluations and purchase documentation in coordination with dealership management.

Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. Stay current on manufacturer programs, dealership promotions, inventory, and product updates.
