Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Techno-Functional Consultant Experience Required: 8+ Years Location: India (Remote) Shift Timings: US Shift (Evening/Night IST) Budget: ₹30 – ₹32 LPA Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Financials (Cloud) modules, with both technical and functional expertise. The role involves supporting business users, implementing enhancements, managing integrations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless financial operations within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary techno-functional expert for Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and SLA). Handle system configurations, setups, and issue resolutions. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and data extracts using OTBI, BI Publisher, and FRS.

Support data migrations, interfaces, and integrations with third-party systems. Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within defined SLAs. Assist with period-end closing activities and ensure compliance with global accounting standards. Manage patch testing, upgrades, and enhancements in coordination with technical teams.

Provide end-user training, documentation, and support.

Requirements

Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Financials, with at least 4+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud. Strong functional knowledge of core Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Tax. Technical proficiency in: BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, ADF, REST/SOAP Web Services SQL/PLSQL, and data model understanding Experience in integration design and troubleshooting (Fusion – legacy/third-party apps).

Hands-on experience with implementation, customization, and post-production support. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Prior experience working in US shift or with global clients is highly desirable.
