Change Management Analysts

About the role

Imagineeer is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support workforce adoption on an acquisition transformation engagement for a federal civilian department. You will be the supporting role on the adoption and change checkpoint, working with pilot participants, change champions, and trainers.

Key Responsibilities

Support stakeholder engagement and readiness assessment activities. Onboard pilot participants and engage change champions. Establish and run feedback mechanisms and summarize results. Support training delivery with the Training Lead. Collect adoption measures for status reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in organizational development, communications, business, or a related field. 3 or more years of change management, communications, or training experience. Strong facilitation and writing skills. Experience collecting and summarizing stakeholder feedback. Desired Skills and Competencies:

• Prosci certification.
• Experience supporting federal technology rollouts.
