Sales Account Manager

Academy is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to sell and market bus charters for our Jacksonville, FL market. TO BE CONSIDERED: MUST BE A RESIDENT OF JACKSONVILLE OR SURROUNDING AREA AND VERY FAMILIAR WITH AREAS AND TRANSPORTATION ROUTES Annual salary starting at $80,000. Pay rate commensurate with experience level.

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining relationships with our existing client base as well as creating new ones Generating sales from a wide variety of clients from various industries Seeking out new clients Rekindling working relationships from clients who worked with us in the past Supervise a team of sales representatives Catering to all client needs concerning both sales and operation requests Running and carefully reviewing daily reports Entertaining existing and potential clients during and after regular business hours Attending networking events both during and after regular business hours Maintaining and creating relationships with partners in various industries Desired Qualities: Dependable self-motivated person that takes initiative and accountability Strong communicator Outgoing and friendly personality Organized, detail oriented, planner and multi-tasker Superb time management skills Works well under pressure Experience working in Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint Desired Skills: Inside Sales Outside Sales Customer service Account / client management Networking Requirements: Associate’s Degree 3 years of consistent sales experience 3 years of management/supervisor experience Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis Transportation industry experience a plus Additional Requirements: Must be willing to work in the office full time every day (no work from home) Must be accustomed to responding to emails, texts, and missed phone calls with a sense of urgency Must be available and responsive outside business hours, including nights, weekends and holidays Health Insurance and Benefits Offered Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and Life insurance Supplemental coverages 401K plan Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Academy is EEO
