JOB SUMMARY

The Blood Bank Manager#organizes, prioritizes, and supervises the specialty area and monitors and reviews results for timeless and accuracy. Areas of oversight include Outreach, Transfusion Services, and Hendrick Regional Blood Center. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education Associates degree or equivalent Minimum Work Experience 3 years Required Licenses/Certifications Completion of formal training program in an approved MT, MLS, or MLT program Registered as a MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP),or MLT (ASCP) or equivalent.

Compile statistics Compose applicable policies and procedures. Compose letters/memorandums. Coordinate meetings Develop and compile statistical data.
