Job description
Join the Nalley Consulting team as Graphic Designer. Position: Graphic Designer LCAT: Mid Location: Riverdale, MD Required clearance and polygraph: Active TS/SCI and willingness to take a polygraph. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past seven years highly prioritized. Required experience and education: 3+ years of experience in graphic design and bachelor's degree in an area related to graphic design Description Works collaboratively with analysts to understand requirements and further enhances or conveys analytic thoughts and assessments by developing graphic and layout solutions.
Provides graphic design and layout solutions for intelligence products including, but not limited to, developing illustrations, editing existing images, providing font management, and utilizing advanced pre-publications techniques. Uses Government-specified technology to produce graphic design, cartographic products, and interactive graphical content, video content, analytic product templates, and marketing content.
Integrates graphics with text, audio and video to support interactive and multimedia high-visibility finished intelligence products. Produces dynamic content IAW IC published standards (i.e. D3 Style Guide), including podcasts or audio segments. Provides user experience / user interface expertise for development of interactive graphics and web products.
Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in graphic design across print, digital, and multimedia products Experience with Section 508 compliance for designing and developing accessible products Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including In. Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator, Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Word, and design tools such as Premiere Pro, XD, After Effects, and MAPublisher Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver design outcomes that align with mission-focused goals Knowledge of DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) processes and requirements Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work, including visual solutions for complex challenges TS/SCI clearance, with a willingness to complete a polygraph Bachelor’s degree in a field related to graphic design.
