Supervisory Program Analyst

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the ORDNANCE TEST & EVALUATION DIVISION, WEAPONS & ENERGETICS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13/14 grade level or NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1. Direct technical experience executing or overseeing complex technical test activities across complex disciplines, such as propulsion testing, detonation physics, warhead evaluation, environmental conditioning, or non-destructive evaluation (radiography), ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures and safety protocols are strictly followed;
2. Managing the full lifecycle of test programs from initial planning, resource estimation, and budgeting to the validation/verification and formal reporting of test results to MRTFB customers;
3. Providing first line technical supervision, mentorship or operational direction to multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, scientists, and technicians, matching technical competencies to mission requirements and fostering compliance with merit and safety standards.
