Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced RN Evening Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight during evening hours. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, supervising nursing staff, supporting regulatory compliance, and promoting a safe, positive environment for residents and team members.

Retirement plan with employer match after one year Stable leadership and supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day Faith-based, mission-driven culture Responsibilities Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during evening operations Ensure quality resident care and compliance with nursing standards Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes Receive and implement physician orders Oversee care plan implementation and resident outcomes Coordinate staffing assignments and workflow Monitor infection prevention and safety practices Investigate and document incidents and accidents Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the nursing team Qualifications: Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current Iowa RN license Prior supervisory experience preferred Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Completion of Iowa-required nursing home supervisory course Proficiency in Microsoft Programs, and experience with Point Click Care software.
