Member Assistance Representative - Active

Collects on delinquent consumer accounts, using every reasonable and legal method available. Communicates in a firm but respectful manner to members regarding outstanding account balances and sets payment plans and monitors account activity closely. Maintains accurate and timely records. Reports the status of accounts to the Member Assistance Senior Staff periodically.

Communicates with members and other interested parties in a courteous, accurate and timely manner. In all dealings with the public, members or employees, responsibility or ownership is taken and pending issues are monitored to resolution. Performs all functions in a professional and courteous manner in line with Credit Union 1 culture and expectations.
