CNC Process Engineer - 5 axis milling

Summary: This position will primarily focus on processing parts fabricated primarily on CNC Vertical ( Okuma ) and Horizontal ( GROB and Mazak ) milling machines. This position requires strong Master Cam and Solid. Works experience. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process including quoting assistance, fixture design, tooling and machining processes, machine selection, creating CNC programs, and secondary processes.

This includes working independently and with machinists on existing parts, process improvements, and new product development. Works closely with inspection to meet quality requirements. Provides technical expertise to the sales team in support of closing new business opportunities as well as ensuring the technical implementation of services.
