Sales Representative- On- Premise Accounts Do you enjoy building relationships, growing business, and helping customers succeed? Mahaska is looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Representative to grow our on-premise beverage accounts. In this role, you will build relationships with bars, restaurants, and other on-premise customers while growing our established alcohol portfolio and bringing new opportunities to life.

What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers while identifying opportunities to develop new accounts and grow sales.

Present products, promotions, and customized selling solutions that meet customer needs and increase sales. Visit accounts regularly to identify sales opportunities, support customer needs, and build future business plans. Educate account staff on key brands, products, and promotions while helping maximize brand visibility.

Monitor inventory, maintain product availability, and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed. Support events, brand activations, and merchandising efforts while staying informed on industry trends and competitor offerings. What We’re Looking For A motivated, outgoing individual with strong communication and relationship-building skills who enjoys working with customers.

Someone who is self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently to meet sales goals and grow business. Strong problem-solving, planning, and basic math skills, along with the ability to adapt to different customer needs. A customer-focused mindset with an interest in sales, product knowledge, and building long-term partnerships.

Reliable attendance and flexibility to work outside traditional business hours, including evenings and occasional weekends. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and moving products. Schedule This position requires flexibility beyond traditional business hours. Some account visits and events take place during evenings and occasional weekends.
