Long-Term Substitute Teachers Florence Township School District In Partnership with ESS The Florence Township School District, in partnership with ESS Substitute Staffing Services , is seeking qualified and dedicated educators to serve as long-term substitute teachers during the 2026�2027 school year. Selected candidates will be employed through ESS and assigned to work within the Florence Township School District.

We are seeking individuals who are committed to supporting student learning, maintaining strong classroom routines, and making a positive contribution to our school community.
