Seasonal Support - Part Time - Knokke

Availability required from November through the end of December, including peak hours during the Christmas and New Year's Eve week. As a Seasonal Support, you will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere that embodies the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will initiate each client's journey with warmth and efficiency, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional hospitality and guiding clients through our store, understanding their needs, and directing them appropriately. Provide a warm and unforgettable welcome to all clients, setting the stage for an exceptional brand experience. Manage client flow with strong organizational skills and queue management techniques, ensuring smooth communication and minimizing wait times.

Offer refreshments to clients, enhancing their comfort and experience. Maintain impeccable visual standards throughout the client-facing areas of the store Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store Client-centric with a passion for delivering personalized and memorable experiences.

Assertive and confident with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Warm, approachable, and able to create a welcoming environment for all clients. Excellent organizational skills to manage client flow and maintain a seamless experience. Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
