The Hospice Chaplain provides spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and families receiving care in home or facility settings by addressing spiritual needs, offering compassionate guidance and emotional support, and participating in interdisciplinary care planning to support quality end-of-life care. Schedule, Hours, & Territory
• Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Assigned coverage area determined by branch needs and patient census
• Participation in an on-call rotation may be required; additional compensation is provided What We Offer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct spiritual assessments
• Provide spiritual counseling and support
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Support patients, families, and caregivers Qualifications:
• Chaplaincy training or equivalent experience preferred
• Hospice experience preferred Field Role Requirements
• Active driver’s license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
• Current TB testing in accordance with agency policy
• Current CPR certification as required for the role
