Onsite Supervisor

SMS Equipment is looking for an Onsite Supervisor Support – 980 Haul Trucks to lead the day-to-day execution of safe, compliant, and high-quality maintenance activities supporting Suncor’s 980 haul truck fleet. This role is accountable for shift execution, technician coordination, safety leadership, documentation quality, and real-time communication.

The Supervisor serves as a critical link between frontline technicians and the broader MEM organization, including Reliability, Parts, Warranty, Planning, and the Suncor Maintenance team, ensuring alignment and operational excellence across all activities.
