Infor LN System Administrator

Responsibilities

Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain the Infor LN ERP system to ensure secure, stable, and efficient operation. Administer and optimize MS SQL Server databases, including backup and recovery, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and system tuning. Develop and maintain integrations between Infor LN and other business systems, providing technical support and ensuring seamless business operations.

Manage user access, security controls, and ERP-related technical support to ensure system compliance and data security. Perform system performance optimization, incident analysis, disaster recovery management, and technical documentation maintenance to continuously improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Infor LN or other ERP system administration, support, or operations, with hands-on experience in manufacturing ERP projects. Strong knowledge of Infor LN architecture, MS SQL Server database administration, and ERP system integration, with the ability to independently analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
