Home Warranty Sales Representative

Location: Santa Ana, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

• SAT, 9:00AM-2:00PM Compensation: $1,500–$5,000 per week — performance-based Training: Paid Training Position Overview Carma Warranty is seeking motivated, competitive, and results-driven sales professionals to join our growing team as Home Warranty Sales Representatives at our Santa Ana office. This is a high-earning, performance-based sales opportunity for individuals who know how to communicate, build rapport, and close. Candidates with experience in Tax Resolution, Student Loans, Debt Resolution, call center sales, or other high-volume sales environments are strongly encouraged to apply. No home warranty experience? No problem — we provide paid training. Our representatives work with inbound calls generated from mailers. There is no cold calling. You will speak with prospective customers and help them select home warranty coverage that fits their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from prospective customers Educate customers on home warranty products and coverage options Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Build rapport and confidently guide customers through the sales process Close sales and consistently work toward individual performance goals Accurately document customer and sales information Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing development Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach Qualifications Previous sales experience strongly preferred Experience in Tax Resolution, Student Loans, Debt Resolution, or similar industries is a plus Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented Coachable and receptive to feedback Reliable and professional Must be available Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Must be able to work on-site in Santa Ana, CA Compensation & Benefits $1,500–$5,000 per week based on individual sales performance High performance-based earning potential Paid training W-2 employment No cold calling — inbound calls from mailers Medical, dental, and vision benefits available after 60 days Monday–Friday schedule Ongoing coaching and sales development Opportunities for advancement Competitive and energetic team culture Ready to Apply?
