Work Type: Onsite – Residential Group Home Pay Range: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour Company: Divine Group Management LLC About the Role: Divine Group Management LLC is seeking a qualified male Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team at Jasper Group Home in Chandler, Arizona.

This role provides daily care and support to adult males with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Because the position requires personal care assistance, we are seeking a male applicant to preserve the privacy and dignity of the individuals we serve. Schedule: Friday: 3pm-11pm Saturday: 7am-11pm Sunday: 7am-11pm Full-time, 40 hours per week Minimum Requirements Male applicant only (due to personal care needs of male residents) Must be 18 years of age or older Must pass a criminal background check Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card Valid Arizona Driver’s License (preferred) Reliable transportation Required Certifications (must be current or willingness to obtain)

5. Provide support with daily living tasks, including hygiene, grooming, toileting, and meal assistance.
6. Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
7. Assist with transportation to medical appointments and community activities
8. Document daily progress and incidents accurately and timely
9. Administer medications with proper training
10. Assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, and organizing daily routines
11. Promote resident independence and encourage active participation in home and community life.
12. Communicate professionally with team members, guardians, and support coordinators.
