The Dish Washer/Porter plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within a retail trade environment, ensuring that all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines and manual cleaning methods. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces regularly. Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and ensure waste areas are clean and organized.

Restock kitchen supplies such as clean dishes, utensils, and cleaning materials to ensure smooth workflow. Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing storage areas to maintain an efficient and safe work environment. Skills: The required skills such as attention to detail and physical stamina are essential for efficiently cleaning and maintaining kitchenware and workspaces, ensuring compliance with health standards.
